The Dominica Economic Diversification Fund (EDF)
DONATION – Citizenship By Investment
The Commonwealth of Dominica established the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) in 1993. This fund is non-profit. It mobilizes government-sponsored growth projects in both public and private sectors, supporting socio-economic progress and ensuring financial prosperity for all. A contribution to this fund is non-refundable. Project examples include new infrastructure and renovations of hospitals, schools and airports, social service programs, post-hurricane rehabilitation works and more. Contributions start at $100,000 USD (plus additional fees) for a single applicant. The age and number of familial dependents of a single application dictate the total contribution cost.
Please note, Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Programme is a form of Dominica economic citizenship that is different from Dominica’s Real Estate Investment Programme. For information about obtaining Dominica economic citizenship by purchasing real estate on the island.

The minimum donation for Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Programme this price for Dominica citizenship is for one individual; each additional dependent represents an additional fee, which is determined by his or her age/relationship to the main applicant.
